I am a dedicated foot zone practitioner who began my journey in 2019, driven by a passion for helping others achieve better health and balance. Originally born and raised in Aberdeen, South Dakota, I later relocated to the Black Hills where I now proudly serve my community through my business.

Through my work in foot zoning, I have developed a deep appreciation for the body’s natural ability to heal. Over the years, I have observed and supported clients through a wide range of health concerns, including cancer, tumors, thyroid imbalances, and many other conditions. These experiences have strengthened my belief in the power of holistic wellness and the importance of listening to the body.

Foot zoning is a powerful, non-invasive practice that works with over 7,000 nerve endings in the feet, each corresponding to different areas of the body. By stimulating these points, I help promote balance, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Based in Sturgis, South Dakota, my mission is to provide a safe, nurturing space where individuals can relax, restore, and reconnect with their health. I am passionate about empowering others on their wellness journey and helping them feel their best from the inside out.
